pg-alpha nodes find each other over a private WireGuard overlay with our own coordination server and our own relay — zero third-party SaaS in the path. A node with a big model lends it to the ones without: a laptop with no LLM gets its answers from the workstation down the hall, and the mesh stays private end to end.
